The Challenge

Key features like invoice image upload and email forwarding were implemented to streamline the experience and reduce common barriers. The visual design prioritized clarity and trust while remaining fully aligned with the branding and usability standards of the loyalty program partner. This approach ensured that the app could be easily rolled out across a variety of hotel partners without the need for custom adaptations.
