The Challenge
The goal was to present deep industry insights in a way that was both informative and human. The report needed to balance data-driven content with storytelling and visual clarity to resonate with partners, media, and the broader loyalty community.
The Solution
I created a custom editorial layout that combined infographics, partner highlights, use cases, and hand-drawn-style vector illustrations. Concepts such as “The Rewards Economy,” “Economic Freedom Model,” and “Key Rewards Liquidity Insights” were visually unpacked using light, narrative-style graphics. The visual direction mixed structured brand elements with expressive, magazine-like pacing—employing icons, illustrations, and quotes to create rhythm and approachability throughout the piece.
The Result
The report became a key lead-generation asset, gated on brand's website and actively shared with partners and press. It played a central role in positioning qiibee as a thought leader in the loyalty space.
